Thank you for taking the time to visit our web site.  De'Boise Catering was opened in the Summer of 2004.  Glenn and Ed have been in the food service business most of their lives.  Both were General Managers for the Black-eyed Pea Restaurants.   That is what brought them to Oklahoma.  They have owned two restaurants in Oklahoma.  Catering has always been a special love.  In 2005 De'Boise Catering was off and running.  In 2007, Donna joined the team as the in house floral designer and front of the house coordinator.  Designs by Donna offers her clients a very personal and unique floral experience.  Carlene was the next addition to the team.  She acts as back of the house coordinator and assistant to Ed.  In the Summer of 2009 both De'Boise ToGo and Sweet Eddie's opened.  Everyone involved in De'Boise is commited to you, the client.  It does not matter if you are hosting a reception for five hundred or  stop in for a sandwich.  You are important to us.  We strive to exceede your expectations
